To whooooom it may concern,

Regarding yesterday's ill worded statement about the omission

of political opinions/statements, please dismiss. Opinions from

legal department have raised some serious questions as to future

implications said decision may have on office water cooler convos, drunken

dinner parties and boring dinners with the in-laws. Further studies have

shown that broad general statements of this nature just isn't good for the

rep in general. Please forward this to any non-frontal lobe personnel.

I no longer have an opinion on anything

Alright, only political opinions or any musings about the weather. Or, ideas about political groups named after weather phenoms.

Unless....I happen to be in a swing state. Then I need to start some swinging and hit as many people as I can with my ideology. And my ideologue is HUGE!!

Okay, alright. Like most guys I may talk up the size of things, so I may of exaggerated on that last sentence. I may not really know what I am talking about at any point, but doesn't it really boil down to just how passionate we are for the things we may or may not have the facts for?

In the political arena is there really a right or wrong? Can an entire side be completely oblivious to what the rest know? Like two blokes heading down a river in a barrel, one looks up river, the other down. "Looks good from 'ere mate!". "Are ya barking mad!?", replies bloke number 2, "we're heading for disaster!". "Bah!" is the naysayers reply....and so on ad nauseam.

I believe we are heading for hell in a bucket and to quote the Grateful Dead, "at least I'm enjoying the ride".

Give me a few days and I'm sure I will be spouting off nonsense to someone about something I don't fully understand...
